Quigley Heating & Air Conditioning

I have replaced my HVAC three times over the last 30 years, and Quigley HVAC is at the very top of the list. I was able to get a super high efficiency unit installed quickly, professionally and well under budget. Could not be happier.

Matthew was my tech guy and he was professional, on time and very thorough. He communicated with me about my heating system in a way that I could easily understand. I feel confident that I can safely use the heat without any problems this winter.

Made an appointment and technician showed up four hours late (timeframe was 8-12, showed up at 4). When he finally got there, he didn’t have the right tools for the job so had to reschedule. When he came back, he couldn’t repair it and recommended a leak search. Said he’d send a quote but never did after 2 weeks. Called office again and finally got a quote, when I asked what kind of search the quote was for they couldn’t answer, said they’d call me back with more details but never did. So every part of my experience was pretty much terrible, my AC is still broken and I’m out $50.

George was professional and articulate in explaining what the service entailed. Once he inspected , and serviced the Airconditioning unit, he suggested the repair needed for the unit to work efficiently. He also checked out the entire system, for the future replacement.
We never felt pressured. George was knowledgeable in explaining our options, and planning for maintaining our system. It was easy to schedule him to return and install the replacement part. Highly recommend.

Matthew was very friendly. He went above and beyond to explain the issues. He even threw away the old filter and put the attic ladder up.

Mr Ray has been our professional Quigley Maintenance person for years and knows what our needs are regarding our HVAC.
