Both my consultant and technician were professional and polite. Took the time to show me any issues and worked with me to get the right work done. Did not push agendas, just dealt with the issues. Jose and Joseph came out to investigate an ongoing issue. They were nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Jose explained everything in detail and gave great service.

Edgar came out and conducted and outstanding service. He ensured the filter was replaced since I certainly was not doing it right. He also showed me pictures of areas he cleaned which I would never have seen. I highly recommend them for service. I signed up as a full customer contract which provides two services (summer and winter) which is cheaper than paying individual service visits. I also added on the plumbing. The incredible part here also is the service maintained the warranty you already have. Outstanding all around. Thank you.

I called in a panic on a Sunday morning because my disposal stopped working and as a result water was backing up in my dishwasher and leaking onto my floor. Levy & Son were able to add me to the dispatch list and shared they would call 30 minutes before arrival. I was very happy with the communication, the dispatcher called 30 minutes before and the technician called me immediately after to understand the issue and give me a quote of the cost.

I appreciated the quote of the cost to know what to expect and it was reassuring hearing the plumber, Manuel, was prepared. Manuel and Nick were very polite, professional and patient as I explained the issue and they worked to resolve my issue. I was impressed how well Manuel could explain the issue and resolution to me (someone without any plumbing knowledge). After Manuel and Nick completed the repairs they ran multiple tests to confirm everything was working as expected for me.

Really appreciate the great communication, timeliness and thorough service!

Of course our A/C went out on a Sunday in Texas during a heatwave and when we were expecting the entire family for dinner. We called Levy & Sons and Brad came out at a moments notice and was very professional, courteous and proficient. He had our A/C up and running in no time! Thank you, Brad!

Titus and Ivan were very professional. They were polite, considerate, and knowledgeable. Tutus shared with me information about different kinds of HVAC systems and different Merv filters to choose from.

Austyn & Jeremiah did great jobs. Very proactive, courteous and gave me useful information that we hadn’t received before in all the years L&S have maintained our unit, that they installed.
