Micheal and Joseph were at my house today for my AC check

Michael arrived on time and did a great job with AC tuneup. Explained in detail what he did and answered all questions. Happy with service.

We had them replace our coils in our air conditioning last summer and everything was great until we needed the heat to work. The only way we could get it to work was to turn on emergency heat. Called them, they came out and told us they needed parts for the heat pump so they ordered the parts and had to come back. When they returned they were here two hours then left again because of wrong parts. When it was finally installed the heat was not working but we were told it was because it was to cold outside.

Cold passed by and and became more mild (mid 50s) and the heat was still not working. So we had to call them back in, another tech came in and checked everything then told us the pump worked fine it must be to cold outside. Waited some more and we couldn’t heat the down stairs beyond 64 degrees and if we didn’t leave our emergency heat on then the down stairs would dip below 60 and stay that way. While the down stairs was freezing the upstairs would be like an oven, so we called them back in.

First they went up to where the unit was (in the attic) and said everything was fine. Then when being pushed by my wife they tried to say it was the electrical, and the ducts were to small, etc… until my wife pointed out they just said everything was fine. So finally they go back into the attic and make some adjustments that MAGICALLY make everything work normally! They tried to convince us we needed to replace the entire unit after they’ve been working and servicing ours for the past year.

Do yourself a favor do not call these people. They’ll try to manufacture more work for themselves just to squeeze more money out of you. And Levi and Sons, if you think your labor cost is so high why not ask your techs why they hang out in the front of someone’s house for an hour, hour and a half after the job is “done”.

I highly recommend this company. Ask for Manuel for any plumbing needs! His attention to detail, walking me through each step of my plumbing issue, transparency with diagnosis and options for solutions brought me clarity and comfort in a very costly situation that I was quite worried about fixing. It's never fun to have big breaks and expensive fixes but having clear, honest communication and feeling like the path forward is the right one, makes all the difference.

For additional reference, this company had all the tools needed to diagnosis the broken lines below my slab and the right team of people to access and fix the issue - start to finish. Expensive, but that's expected when you have to break slab or dig underneath it.

Levy and Son did not fix the problem with my air conditioning unit. It is presently 85 degrees in my bedroom and 82 degrees in the living area, but Levy could find nothing wrong! My Lennox unit is a 4 ton, 5 year old unit, so it should be able to keep the house at the temperature set on the thermostat. My house is only 1650 square feet, so this 4 ton unit should be able to keep the house at the 76 degrees as set on the thermostat.

Kelvin and Joseph did an excellent job explaining what's going on with my furnace and outdoor system. They gave recommendations that would be beneficial for my home and my family's
Comfort.

Called for a quote for a hot water heater, expecting to need to wait a while for any work to actually get done. Bryan and Kevin came out and offered to complete the job same day! Excellent service and pricing. I will for sure be using them for any and all repairs

I had a tankless water heater installed about 3 years ago with that I’m advantage member that pays a fee Monthly I’ve called 4times to ask a member of management to give me a call because I’ve not had Hot water from this tankless tank since Sunday and NOT one Manager has called me yet they are taking my money monthly for quick service that I’ve not received the last person they sent out on Tuesday ordered the parts for the water heater stated he would inform the office that he would come out to install the part soon as it arrives well the part arrived on Wednesday I called the office and I get told more lies I’m at my breaking point if I don’t receive a call today from management about this issue I’m going to seek legal advice for payment for a service I’ve not received. I have nothing good to say about this company POOR SERVICE.
