I've used Levy & Son Service Experts for years on my home A/C and heater needs. They are professional and provide quality service in my opinion. On my most recent service call, Joe and Ismael were both very thorough and did an excellent job in ensuring my home A/C is ready for the summer.

We used plumbing services--Levy & Son Service Experts came out due to a clogged toilet but the issue was more --the clog also impacted the guest bathroom--Manuel Navarrette was the service expert and he was professional--friendly--explained what would need to be done--and also explained the "what could be next steps" if first step could not be accomplished. He prepared us. The pipe was clogged and created issues in both bathrooms etc--shower.
Manuel was able to fix the problem YEA!
One thing to point out too--it was (is) Memorial Day and they took my call right away this morning and right from the initial call they assured me they would have someone out since we had no functioning toilets--They constantly stayed in touch to let me know the status of arrival time--and texted me when he was arriving. Excellent communication from Levy & Son....Thank you for the great service. Manuel was awesome. Again professional and very friendly--and communicated all that would need to be done.

A company that knows what they are doing. Pricing is competitive. Joe Muntz did a great job. Will be using Levy and Son for all my AC needs from now on.

Michael was very good at explaining what was happening to my unit and what was needed. I know we have an old unit, however as long as it gives us what we need we are satisfied. He did not find anything that could not wait and so we will wait until this summer is over to make a decision when to replace. Thanks for the tune-up.

Tech Michael Flowers preformed a spring tune up on my system. He was polite,friendly and efficient.Upon completion of the home health report, he explained health and safety concerns noted. The inspection was very through.Michael is very competent in his field of expertise. I feel he is an asset to your company. Thank you for your hard work.

Levy & Sons are proactive in calling and scheduling my bi-yearly service. I’ve never had to remind them in 17 years. We had Levy & Son replace our water heater and we were very happy with the service. Holly and the dispatch team were able to fit us in for a same day service call and Brent did a wonderful install on our new water heater. I would recommend them!
