Jeremiah and Kevin were at my house today they called first to say that they would actually be early which was great for me. I actually only made the appointment an hour before. I’ve been with this company for 5 years and have the service plan. Jeremiah and Kevin were so efficient and helpful and did a great job even though it was just my regular maintenance checkup they were so polite. I couldn’t ask for better service. Actually my service was way overdue and obviously I needed a filter because mine should had been changed in August they showed me the filter. They also were very thorough and explained everything on the paperwork which I didn’t understand thanks again Jeremiah and Kevin I will always request you two Juliet

Alec and jace provided excellent service. Very nice and polite. God the job done really fast and efficient. As well they showed up on time and notified me before hand. Excellent service. Highly recommend!!

Very grateful for Ray Jackson's experience & knowledge in the plumbing side of Levy & Son. Ray was able to quickly resolve our plumbing issue and was respectful of the home environment while I was on a training call working from home. Impressed and thankful.

Javier recently replaced a toilet in my home. We upgraded the product and he was able to get the product by the next morning. He and Kevin removed the existing toilet the next morning and installed the new model. Very personable, hardworking, and knowledgable about the products and features. They did an excellent job.

Ivan was great! He made for the fact that you missed my window and the supervisor never returned me phone call. I want Ivan to get whatever bonus you can give him. Thank you.

Manuel and Nick were the service men that came out to help me. They were very knowledgeable, answered my questions without making me feel uncomfortable. Took the time to give me constructive advice. The entire process was very easy and I would use them again for any plumbing issues and recommend them to friends and family.

Tyler was great, as he was the previous time he visited. Cappi was a great help.

Levi was here today to perform the semi-annual HVAC checkup. He was prompt, professional and courteous. Good job!

Got a pre-summer AC tune up through TXU. Ismael and Ivan came and did a great job. Thorough, respectful, didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff; just took care of the tune up and gave me the report. Great experience.
