We had to install a new entire HVAC system due to its age. Damien was very professional and responsive. He made the whole entire process went very smoothly. After the installed. He stopped by and checked to make sure everything working properly. I highly recommend them.

We had our outside AC unit replaced. The guys had some issues when they were installing the thermostat so it took longer than normal (I assume this because they apologized several times for being here so long). However, James, the Install Mgr was here to help. He was awesome! Extraordinary customer service! He brought my recycling bin back up to the house from the street before leaving-so not necessary, but sincerely appreciated. I even heard him telling one of the other workers to make sure the jobsite is always cleaned up before leaving. He went above and beyond. Very happy with our service, and that Cool Air Mechanical will be handling our maintenance on the unit from now on.

Metro-Cool Air Mechanical came out and met with us about our cooling/heating systems. Our systems were not working correctly and we had been having problems with both for years. We ended up replacing both units as well as all the duct work. Our duct work was inadequate and we had problems with cooling and hearing rooms properly. Metro-Cool Air Mechanical fixed ALL our problems and I absolutely LOVE our new units. They installed everything in one day, including the duct work. All employees and staff were very professional and the work done was impeccable. The cost was well within our budget and we could not be happier with the work performed. We highly recommend them!

This is by far the best company we have come in contact with in the HVAC industry! They told us what was wrong and couldn't fix it that day but called their office upon leaving to secure the circuit board and they were there the next morning to have it correctly replaced and our system back up and running. Not only that, both Alfredo and Nick offered advice on different things that could be modified to improve the efficiency of our home. Awesome to meet knowledgeable and honest HVAC guys.

They were punctual, and professional. All was explained, and then performed as stated. They have a lot of patience cause they were relaxed answering every question I asked. Did not leave until I was satisfied. All old material and clean up was done. Happy with my efficient, cool, quiet running unit. Thank you Damien and crew.

I am not happy with the service. I have 3 year contract with them. They did not give service as promised.

These folks did an excellent job of installing/replacing our heating/air units. They kept us informed about times, inspection, etc. Very impressed.

They have been out twice since the install and I have water leaking from the unit. Carpet and floors wet. I am just thank full for the $10,000 dollars charge.
