The worst service ever received!
I paid for 3 years of servicing upfront and they failed to show up for my 'spring' service yet now that it's mid July!
they have been rescheduling me since May and this is the 5th time in last 3 months they had to reschedule because either someone gets sick or 'people around me' are without AC!
reminds me of my Mother when she used to say people in Africa are dying because I'm wasting food..thank you 'Cool Air' for making me nostalgic!
