Ten times out of ten, these folks have saved my Assisted Living property time and money. They look professional and behave professional. I trust very few to go up into my attic to work on equipment; I trust Mr. Joe and his team.

The folks who answer their phones at the office are kind & helpful. Aire Serve even have payment plans if needed.

I could do a podcast on how much I value this company and crew!!

Best HVAC Company in Houston - I used several different companies in town before trying Joe and will never use anyone besides Aire Serv now. Joe has been honest and helpful with each unit I have purchased from them. He spent time going over our options and worked with us to find the system that worked best for our needs and budget.

This is the third year that Aire Serv has maintained my AC. Agustin came by on time. The first thing I noticed and appreciate is the covers on his shoes. We take off our shoes at my house, so seeing those covers pleasantly surprised me. He described the good and bad of my system and recommended a few fixes that would make my AC last longer. Agustin was polite and professional and I look forward to his work in the fall. Besides Agustin, I thought the price was reasonable. When I call someone for a job, THIS -- the professional and the price -- are the 2 things I examine closely. Overall a great job and great experience.

Our technician, Giovanni, was punctual, effective, educative, and completely professional. It is a pleasure to have Aire Serv take care of our HVAC systems. We've used them for over 30 years, and wouldn't even consider anyone else !

Giovanni Sandre was very thorough in explaining and installing the new plenum air duct box in my home. He took several pictures both before and after the work was done which I appreciated. I have been a customer with Aire Serv for over 30 years and highly recommend them.

Ivan Hall, the tech that did my scheduled maintenance, was very helpful in explaining what would be necessary for my system to run the most efficiently moving forward. It's nice to have honest dependable people working in your home.

This team was awesome. The communication to get things scheduled was great. The technician was knowledgeable, very friendly and thorough. The report generated just for a tune up was very detailed! I felt confident that they were addressing things in my best interest. Highly recommend!

Called Aire Serve out to check on an A/C issue. It turned out to not be so bad of an issue. The technician, Wayne Moran was very knowledgeable and honest and he wore shoe covers as he entered my home. I would recommend this company and use this company for future A/C needs. He also recommended the maintenance plan that was very reasonable compared to other A/C companies.

I called for a service call, talked to their dispatch person and all info was exchanged and service was scheduled. The tech called me from the site (i was not there), gained access and inspected equipment. He promptly called back with his evaluation and concerns. After a brief discussion we agreed to proceed with a thorough cleanind and tune up. The system was 21 years old and they brought it back to life. Definitely recommend these guys. Very happy with end results.
