Friendly and fair service! We had an emergency air conditioning issue, where air just was not blowing at all. Kristen ( the rep who called me) was very friendly and professional. The tech (Ivan) who showed up was professional, knowledgeable, on time and friendly to deal with. We will recommend them and use them again. My family truly appreciated the service we received.

The team at Aire Serv is solid all around. The promptness and professionalism of management and the technicians are great. We recently encountered some issues with our system which they were able to quickly identify the issue, were knowledgeable about the system and was very thorough to make sure the problem was resolved after installing new equipment. I highly recommend Aire Serv if you are looking for a company that knows what they are doing, has fare prices and doesn't try to sell you on anything.

Jose provided excellent service and was meticulous when it came to repairing our upstairs unit that had stopped working. And in the end we were charged only $89 for the repair. Then he took the time to show us exactly what he had done to repair the unit with pictures to document it!

Our technician Augustine was great! My AC broke down on a Friday night. He came and checked it out. He told us what part we needed, ordered it and by Saturday afternoon, he was there working it out for us. It was a hard tedious job, but he mastered it! Veteran owned company with great, friendly workers. I felt like I was talking to a friend and not a place of business. Great experience. I tried them almost 2 years ago and I was so pleased with their service that they are my go to team for all things AC/Heating!

If you need home AC service this is the company to call. They were able to send over a Tech on a Sunday too. Jose was very professional and knowledgeable when he inspected our AC. He was able to fix our issue right away. I highly recommend this company and if you can I recommend Jose Chevere to be the service technician.

Giovanni came out today to do the inspection for our new system. He was so thorough and very good and communicating what he was doing every step of the way. Giovanni was timely, professional, and did an excellent job. We have used Aire Serv of Houston NW for several years. They are friendly, honest, professional and really knowledgeable. They come out and check our system every spring and fall to make sure everything is in proper working order. In our previous house, a power surge killed a circuit board in our heater during a real cold snap in the middle of winter and they came out on a weekend during off hours to help us out. The parts warehouse was closed until Monday but they offered to let us borrow small space heaters until they could get the part from the warehouse. Joe was at the warehouse when it opened Monday morning and was knocking on our door bright and early so he could get us up and running as quickly as possible and we were thankful for that. Several years later we moved to another house and decided to replace both (upstairs and downstairs) old and worn out systems so we called Aire Serv once again. As always they were very professional and did a fantastic job. Just this week we had them install extra return ducts upstairs and in typical fashion they did outstanding professional work. Joe and the team at Aire Serv are the ONLY ones I trust to do our HVAC work.
