The team has been great from start to finish. Initially repaired my heater for the cool months and provided a quote to replace (22yr old system). Installation was very clean and quick. Highly recommend!

Jose was excellent! Our AC broke on a Sunday and everyone was giving us the run around. He was willing to come even though it was getting late. He arrived on time and immediately went to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He took his time showing us what went wrong. He gave us advice on how to prevent further issues. He was very professional and courteous. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. I definitely recommend this company and Jose for all your AC needs. The service was excellent!

I've been using these guys ever since I bought my house 4 years ago. They are always professional, on time and honest about what needs to be done. They recently installed a new HVAC system for the upstairs of my house and were much cheaper than the other companies I got quotes from. Installation process went very smooth, and they were able to fit me in their schedule immediately. I will definitely be using them again in the future for any A/C and heating issues I might have.

Joe was superb!! He offered his no-nonsense opinion and that was exactly what we were looking for. He was not trying to upsell products, but rather gave us ideas as to how we might fix things the least expensive way possible and still achieve what we needed as if it it was his own home we were talking about. We greatly appreciate that as other companies did not do the same. Service like this is hard to come by, especially these days, and I cannot say how much we appreciated it. I would not hesitate to refer this company to anyone I know!

They installed Surge Protectors for both units, plus winter check-ups.
We’ve wanted to do this for some time due to power surges in Cypress. The peace of mind that comes with this is enormous.
Let’s face it in Texas, protecting our AC system is a Necessity for Quality Life.
Surge protectors are a small price to pay for such a priceless commodity.

When we moved into our new home Air Serv recommend we install a HALO unit into our builder provided HVAC system to clean the air and help reduce dust particles in the home. We've used Air Serv for over 10 years and trusted their knowledge and experience. The unit was recently down for maintenance and with supply chain issues a replacement part took longer than expected. Once the part came in and the HALO was again operational we noticed how clean our home smelled and yes noticeable dust reduction. I highly recommend Air Serv and a HALO. Thank you Kristin and Joe.

I was very impressed with Aire Serv service tech experience and honestly!

Jose and Joe came out the same day we called because our house was not cooling well. We had recently moved in and feared this was "normal" for this house. Turns out the coolant on the A/C unit was leaking and a cap had been installed wrong. They fixed everything in a timely manner and we've been cool all weekend! We'll definitely be using them for regular maintenance!

I dealt with David and he was incredibly responsive--especially considering I reached out on a Sunday. By 430pm the following day we had a new AC condenser and coil up and running. David provided me with multiple options and walked me through each one. The installation team was professional and fast. Aire Serv might not be the least expensive option in the area but based on this experience they will be my go-to for all HVAC needs.
