Excellent customer service! My older parents A/C went out in the middle of summer and I called with an urgent request and AirServe worked immediately to get someone out to their house to evaluate/repair the unit. It was determined to have a leak and they system was 24 years old, so they installed a new unit, plenum box and furnace. However, they created a comfortable environment for my parents until the install could take place. Top Notch Service!! Highly Recommend!!

The technician with Aire Serv of Houston Northwest came out and explained everything in simple terms: what he was doing, what was considered good for the various checks he performed and how the AC system worked in general. Allen did a great job and I could tell he was very knowledgeable. Aire Serv of Houston NW have fantastic customer service and are very responsive. I recommend them if you have any HVAC issues.

Ivan came by today to give us a second opinion. He was very thorough and took pictures of all the areas we asked him to check. Another HVAC company told us about 3 different issues that needed repair and were going to charge us close to $500 for the repairs. Ivan showed us the pictures. None of the problems actually needed repair. He saved us a ton of money and we really appreciated his honesty! Highly recommend this company

Joe and him team are awesome. Nice to have a company and team who knows what they are doing and someone you can trust. Every company Home Warranty of America has my way has been marginal at best, often times addressing the symptom that ultimately caused other costly issues later. Finally took matters into my own hands and went to Aire Serv on the recommendation from a friend who has known Joe for a long time. Thanks!!!

A/c went out Friday during the night. Called a.m. Saturday morning, called was answered, routed to answering service, they said a repairmen would be on his way in 1.5 hours. The repairman was here within that time frame. Checked my unit upstairs, then outside, had no power to unit, checked it out ; why it was tripping the breaker. It turned out it was a capacitor. The repairman was thorough. Lee, thank you for the knowledge you have and the care you give to your customers. Many thanks for the tips on running the fan for continuous air flow , now that my husband is on oxygen. And always mow away from the unit. Many Blessings to you.

My A/C quit blowing cold air just before bedtime one evening during the hot part of mid-June time of the year. The next morning, Aire Serv was able to fit me in their schedule that day even though they were extremely busy. Aire Serv Technician Augustin arrived at my house just after lunchtime and I was fortunate that he was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and had cold air blowing back into the house in about half an hour. He was very courteous and professional and inspected the entire system to ensure there were no other problems. I am very pleased with Aire Serv and Augustin's hard work to get my A/C blowing cold air as soon as they could fix it. I will try to have them come out this next spring to inspect my A/C to try to prevent something like this from happening next summer.

I appreciate the services provided by the technician. The company provided him with a checklist to follow as he performed the maintenance work of my AC and furnace; therefore, nothing was overlooked. The company later sent me a copy of the record. In addition, this technician, Giovanni, even went out of his way to help fix the conduit panel that leaked cold air from the AC evaporator. He is a dedicated professional.
