Terrible Service. Had a repairman here on 7/5 to work on both my AC units. Upper unit was “fixed” to the tune of ~$1500, lower unit had to be shut down while parts were order in 100+ degree heat. Tried to call the office later that day to get an update and left a message - no return call. On 7/6 upper unit stopped worked, called the office 3 more times trying to get someone to help, even wanting to inquire on NEW units- no return phone calls. Had to hire another company to help us and get new units. FINALLY 4 days later received a call from Josh who told me I had 90 days on repairs and all I had to do was call 😳 ( yep, I had tried!) and nothing but apologies for dropping the ball. I think a partial refund would be appropriate- but of course wasn’t offered. Never mind Air Innovations was the initial installer per our home builder (but had no record) and has been the only company to service the units.

I have been using Air Innovations for many years and their office and tech teams are always very professional and responsive.

A/C was not coming on and come to find out, something outside was unplugged. The guy showed up quickly & fixed the issue fast. Thanks!

Air Innovations is an excellent company. Top notch service. Very professional, timely, and responsive. They keep you informed all along the way. The “Ghostbusters” of the HVAC world. Will use them again and again.

Air Innovations did some warranty work on our HVAC equipment installed by another company.
The company is very organized and helpful in getting our service done. Two technicians came, the first to evaluate our problem and the second to do the repair. Both were very professional and explained everything they were going to do.

New system. Called with a problem. Michelle had a man at my house within the hour!!! What planet are they from???!!!! The mam was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and kind!!! Had the problem fixed in 30 minutes and would even let us feed him or give him something cold!!! All business!!!! Can't say enough about this group of people. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!!!

Really like the tech Rico. I reported the issue on Saturday morning. Rico called to let me know he would be coming out but he had a few other jobs ahead of me. He called while on the way to confirm address. He showed up and started working on it right away. Great experience.

Nathan did a great job showing up and showing out. He immediately got to work and assessed our issue. He then fixed the problem at hand, explained what was going on and went on his way. His work was fast and efficient. We would recommend to anyone.
