Signed up for Diamond Club Maintenance Plan. Great service by Air Innovations! The service tech, Erick was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the maintenance details and recommended solutions to improve the life of system as well as provide solutions on how to self-maintain it.

We were out of town when our AC stopped working. We were concerned about having someone come to our home with our teen kids at home., but air innovations made us feel comfortable and called during their visit. It was a great experience and the problem was solved quickly.

I have a new home build, the company that initially installed our HVAC system did a really bad job. These guys came in and had to almost completely redo our HVAC system. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’m so glad they came to fix our system!

My A/C system failed. I called Air Innovatios using their emergency call service. They dispatched Jacob, a very knowledgeable technician immediately. Jacob came over, diagnosed my A/C system and verified that the failed part (Coil) was still under warranty. He ordered the spare part and now I'm waiting for the replacement coil to arrive and get it replaced. I will only pay for the labor. Jacob took care of everything. Great service for this first part of the repair work.

Technicians are prompt and professional. We have a little one at home and their 24/7 emergency line was a huge life saver in addition to the follow up service the next day! Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for servicing or a new/replacement HVAC system!

My AC was not cooling, tech was dispatched, paid $95 for the dispatch fee, tech diagnosed the AC unit and it was a bad capacitor, tech replace capacitor and charged $132 for the labor cost, total cost for this job was $227, Tech's name is Jacob and he did a great job. Workmanship of part is under warranty for 90 days. I recommend this company, they know what they are doing.
