I called my trusted AC company to check out a dripping AC Vent in the ceiling. Air Depot sent the technician,Oscar Zepeda, who showed up early and was very friendly and thorough with his inspection. Unfortunately, my roof was the issue and not the AC Vent. Oscar went above and beyond by providing me with pictures of the leak in my attic so I can give to my State Farm Agent and get my roof repaired. I have been a customer of Air Depot for more than seven years and I cannot speak more highly of Oscar and everyone that is part of Air Depot (from the front desk to the techs and installers) they are all professional and honest about what is going on with your AC. I highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs.

I have paid for a service agreement with Air Depot for several years and have always been completely satisfied with their work. It's very helpful to have them remind me when it's time to look at my equipment instead of me trying to remember when the last time someone was here. If your lucky enough to get Frank as your technician you can rest easy that he will treat your home as if it were his own. He is very courteous and professional, I'm sure all their tech's are just as good but I'm partial to Frank because he's the guy who sold us on their service. I have a son in the AC business and I still pay for Frank to come out if that tells you how much I trust his judgement and honesty.

Francisco B and his associate arrived on time with all the equipment and
installed two ac units inside and out. The work was done in a very professional manner and the layout in the attic improved the overall access to key components. Work was completed and all debris removed and cleaned up. I would recommend this team to all.
The following day the set up professional Pedro arrived and ran thorough check of all system features and tested both units extensively to ensure system working as designed. He was very knowledgeable of the most current features of these new units and made certain all working properly thanks

Oscar Zepeda, an Air Depot service technician performed excellent thorough service when checking/servicing my air conditioning systems and cleaning my electronic air cleaners. He also made me aware of several other new enhancements that were available for purchase to my air conditioning systems that I didn't know existed and explained the benefits of each along with special sale pricing.

I have been dealing with Air Depot since an original install when I bought my home in 2012. They have always been courteous, prompt, clean, knowledgable, efficient and trustworthy. I have dealt with numerous HVAC companies over the last 45 years for personal and rent property. Air Depot has always been fair on their price, truthful on their diagnosis and suggested service. My annual maintenance agreement on both units in my home has saved me money and avoided unexpected service calls.
