I have used Air Depot for many years. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend them. They acknowledge that they recently broke our system during a routine checkup, but they will not return any calls to clarify how they plan to quickly resolve the matter. Elbert has been a great resource over the years, but even he is not returning calls. The service manager, Chris, has rarely added any value during difficult times, so I’m not surprised by his unresponsiveness.
It’s relatively easy to provide routine service, but LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A SERVICE COMPANY THAT IS RESPONSIVE DURING DIFFICULT TIMES.

I've been a member of Air Depot's Maintenance plan for a few years now since one of our AC motors went out. Randy was our technician for a few years until he retired, and now David has been my technician for the past few visits and he has been a pleasure to work with. He's thorough and I have not had any major issues with our AC and Heating units since we have been members.

Oscar arrived as promised. Very courteous professional and friendly. Checked system determined problem discussed issue and made necessary repairs. A/C was turned back on and is cooling nicely. I recommend Air Depot and Oscar highly.

Oscar came to do my maintenance and found a clog in the drain so fixed that as well. He was very thorough, polite and professional. Also, showed up on time, which was great!

I cannot thank Air Depot enough. I came home Sunday to a non functional compressor. I contacted a competitor who was available on a Sunday. They came out and said my compressor was shot and that I needed a whole new system. I was not prepared for that financially. I contacted Air Depot this morning and they sent their tech Randy. Randy was on time and most congenial. He was able to make a repair and my system is back up and running and it did not break my budget. When it is truly time for a new system I will be calling Air Depot.
