I have had nothing but great service from Air Depot. They are very professional and my husband and I have been happy with their services for years! Oscar Z came today and he was very caring took the necessary steps to ensure his and our saftey due to covid while providing exceptional services and recommendations. Thank you so much Air Depot for having such an amazing team members!

I chose Air Depot for this major work because I can always trust them to do a great job while providing amazing and personal customer service. This work was no different. The tech arrived on time and they were done shortly after lunch. Both techs were very polite and answered any questions we had. The only negative today was the mess in front of the HVAC closet that we had to vacuum up.

When you talk to Elbert you realize that he is the definition of "Customer Service". He is very kind and helpful and that is why we had Air Depot install our new unit. The installers were efficient. Martin the service technician has always done an excellent job in maintaining our old unit so we plan to continue our maintenance plan with them.

Oscar was very professional. He did a great job of the cleaning of my 2 systems as part of the regular maintenance program. He explained what he was going to do and then the results. It was a pleasure to have Oscar perform the service. I can only recommend Air Depot for your air conditioner maintenance.

Oscar performed our preventative maintenance service today. He is the consummate professional, well representing Air Depot. Donned the protective booties so not to track anything in the house. He performed a thorough review of our heating and air conditioning equipment and provided some sound recommendations. Very friendly and personable.Enjoy having him as our service technician.

Air Depot maintains our heating and ventilation for our home. They also handled all the HVAC needs for my father-in-law before he passed away and he swore by them. We recently decided to upgrade to a Daikin Variable Speed HVAC system and Francisco Barajas from Air Depot did our installation.

It was a 3 day job between removing the old furnace and condensor unit, installing the new one and reconfiguring our duct systems for more efficiency.

Francisco was both professional and friendly and did a great job of educating us about the system, how it works and how to use it. Just as important to us, he was conscientious about our paying attention to baby granddaughter when she demanded it and about our house full of dogs and cats to be sure that no one wandered out the door while they crew was working.

My wife and I are real estate investors and we have had dozens of units installed over the years but I have never written a review for a service provider. Francisco is the best we have ever used and we felt that his service warranted a stellar review.

We will continue to use Air Depot over the years for our family's home because we feel like they are trustworthy and focused on customer needs, not just on making a sale. Just like my father-in-law, I swear by them too.

Air Depot was wonderful. The customer service on the phone & with Randall was great. They came out soon & fixed our AC (even finding our parts were under warranty). We had been through another company (cough....John Moore) & Air Depot was by far more efficient, cost friendly & seemed more knowledgeable on the whole system. So glad we found them.

I have used Air Depot for over 4 years, they always give great customer service (Elbert is exceptional dealing with customers). Recently, Oscar came out and thoroughly investigated a problem we were having with our A/C and was very kind and respectful. Highly recommend this company!

We were planning to replace our central a/c in the next few months, but it quit before we could schedule it.

Joe came out on short notice to do the estimate, got all the paperwork completed and he and Elbert were able to get us on the schedule for the next day.

Francisco and Manuel were absolutely great. They arrived at our house for their second job for the day and started right away. They protected our floors and when they left late that evening we had a new a/c unit, everything was clean and our house was cooling down.

I can definitely recommend Air Depot.
