Air Depot

I drove all the way to the store and discovered they close at noon on Saturdays. Not 7:00 p.m. as Google displays.

This was our 2nd time using Air Depot & both incidents, we had Oscar. Oscar was courteous, prompt & responsive to an electrical surge that fried all 3 of our AC units last week! He was efficient, took his time and made sure our place was neat before he left. Thanks Oscar!

Pedro was very polite. He seemed to be thorough. Discussed the whole system. Asked if we had carbon monoxide sensor. Great guy!

Again!!!!!!!Oscar was very professional and informative about things concerning the performance of our furnace, during his check up. He was friendly and had a great attitude!! I am 100% comfortable with Oscar and I am only going to request him as my service tech!!!!!!!! for my ac and furnace Great experience all around from setting up the appointment ( the lady that answered the phone was very nice and informative and Oscar was great as usual!! I have never had any issues with Air Depot!!!

Let me tell you about Mr. Oscar Zepeda. He is a service technician with Air Depot. He is one of the best service technicians out there. I have not seen this level of attention to detail anywhere. Next time your AC needs any service or maintenance, call Air Depot and ask for Oscar.

Oscar is polite, diligent, hard working and incredibly funny. He always leaves the place cleaner after he visits and always make sure everything is in working order to my satisfaction. He does spend the extra time and effort to make sure my AC system is in good condition.

I had a great experience with Oscar Z from Air Depot. He was pleasant, quick, and efficient. He let us know what he was doing as he was doing it and answered any questions that we had along the way. One of the best things was that while he did have recommendations for future services and items, he wasn't super pushy about it. I would definitely request for him to come out next time.

Have used this company for the last ten years and have always been pleased with their timeliness and professionalism and the respectful employees.

Oscar Z. and Francisco B. from Air Depot were wonderful! They were very friendly and professional and worked hard to figure out what was causing the cooling problem with our AC. They took their time and were very detailed in their assessment and clearly communicated with me the whole time about what they found. They are both great technicians!

David was very knoweldgable of our Lenox heating system & fixed our problem quick & complete.

Our technician was named Frank and he was amazing. Not only was he professional he was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our AC.

He is polite,personable,and respectable when he is dealing with you and the family. I feel that is a real asset to Air Depot and to anyone who may work for.

He was on time and this company doesn't keep you waiting around all day for them to show. Much respect to all those who work there. The young lady they have working there named Kayla is a joy as well.

I cannot say enough great things for the staff they have working there. Whether you call them after hours their on call answering service will treat you with respect, and will have someone on call contact you promptly.

I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I had any other issues at my house, as this company goes above and beyond any other AC company you might come across.

**2 years later****Update 6-26-20

Well my upstairs wasn't cooling like it was supposed to so I called Air Depot out and I am still impressed with their services.
The technician named Randy came out and was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and even showed up 30 minutes earlier than scheduled.
If you are tired of a company that gives you a window time period, and doesn't hold true or come earlier than expected then you really need to use Air Depot.

Some companies are in it for just the money and not in it for the right reasons, of providing a quality service while standing true to their word. Air Depot could of easily said that I needed to replace my whole air conditioner due to the age of the system, but it didn't need the whole system replaced. Just two damper motors had gone out. Randy came back the following day and replaced them. The upstairs now blows cold hard through the vents again.

Outstanding company and people that you can trust who will shoot you straight.

Their service plan is only $199 which will keep your system running right and on all residential AC work there are no taxes!!!!

You have nothing to lose using them and they will make you feel like family. Give them a shot and tell them Justin sent you.
