American Home Shield sent another ac company to fix my central air and they said it was an electrical problem, electrician said there was nothing wrong wrong with the electrical. Well, AHS sent me ICE (Indoor Comfort Experts) they FIXED my central air problem in less than 5 minutes!! I'm a very happy customer!!
Had a run in with one of their technicians working next door. Trespassed on my property. Moved my trash can. When I asked him to put it back he copped an attitude. Called owner to let him know how rude he was and he acted like he was trying to defend him. I personally would never use this company now.

Our A/C suddenly stopped working last night and William worked around our work schedules and came out and fixed it in under 20 minutes the very next day. He seemed to know exactly where to look! We are so happy that it was only the contacters and not something that was going to cost $$$$. We have definitely found our go-to A/C company.
So my capacitor on my blower motor is going out and the fan motor stutors for up to 20 minutes before coming on. I call this business to see if I can get one same day I stead of waiting til Tuesday for Amazon to ship one. The price given was a 300 percent mark up but with my back against the wall and a 102f summer day I agree to pay. When I arrive to pick up the part I asked why such a substantial mark up. Maybe there is some reason I'm not aware of. When I asked him he pulled the part back and said "feel free to take your money on down the road". I explained that I need the part but was curious about the size of the mark up and told him amazon could have one for 15 dollars. He then explained to me that it is illegal for amazon to sell me a capacitor or any part related to HVAC work since I didn't have an HVAC liscense ( even though he was in the process of selling the same part to me). I told him I had to ask but I need the part regardless. He said since he sold me the part he has to send a truck to the part house to re stick the part and his trucks cost 100 dollars an hr when they get out on the road. Long story short it was a ridiculous experience and I will not be using them in the future.
I appreciate this company! From the moment the receptionist call to schedule an appointment she was so helpful. When she found out we had a special needs child she did what she could do to work with us. The tech that came out was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!☺
William was our saving grace! We had a horrible experience with a company out of Deer Park, and Wiliiam at ICE was exactly who we needed to swoop in and fix our problem. He was so open and honest about everything. He ordered parts from locations far away and made the trip to get them knowing that he would save us time without air conditioning (as we had already been without it for a week before he came). I would highly recommend William and ICE to anyone that may need A/C services. He is very knowledgable, professional, and reliable. We will not use anyone else besides Indoor Comfort as long as we are here. Thanks for all you did for us!
Put in a service request with my home warranty company, this “company” was assigned. I contacted them, and they stated they DO NOT do service calls on weekends for home warranty service calls. The person who answered the phone stated I could call back Monday morning for an appointment. I guess he expects a family of 5, 3 of them under the age of 7, to stay in a home all weekend in the Texas heat.
I have been without heat for 2 weeks because other companies wanted to charge me for something that should be covered under my home warranty. A young man came out today and saith it was a simple fix and he did it. I started crying and asked him for a hug. He said ma'am we are a Christian based company and we are here to help. Thank you young man
Our ac unit went out on Mother's day. They were open and came out within 2 hours to fix it. The guy that repaired it was very nice and fast at repairing the problems. I will recommend them to anyone.
Can not thank Colton enough for being so kind when coming out to fix what I thought was my A/C. Turned out to be a busted pipe on my water heater over an air duct, but he was still kind enough to explain it to me.
