Honest work and a fair price! It so happened my repair was only minor, a failed switch. We have used Indoor Comfort for over 4 years and they have always provided excellent service. Their technicians have always been professional and courteous. They go out of their way to help keep everything running smoothly. We have been on the maintenance program the last couple years and it is great. This company is the most unprofessional company I have had to deal with. The owner is very childish, immature and rude. I just finished reporting he and his company to the BBB. I have been without AC for nearly a month now. With one excuse after another on why parts were not ordered or why they are taking so long to come in. I will say the techs and lady that answers the phone have been very nice! If you have a home warranty, be expected to be treated as though you are 3rd class. Likely, it bothers him that he has the inability to overcharge insurance. The owner doesn’t even deserve the 1 start I had to give to leave this comment! Beware of using this company, I am only thankful the weather cooled for the last 2 weeks we have been out of AC. The first two weeks we were not as Lucky.
I’m getting my popcorn and wait for his reaponse, as I see he take zero responsibilitiy and cannot take criticism from others that have experienced the same problems.
In response to your comment: after almost a month of waiting on you to do your job, you refused to give out the information so that we could find out the truth of matters concerning the long wait. We were told so many different reasons on why the part was not here, after more than 3 weeks without AC, you spoke over me, spoke rude to me and acted as though you were above me. You told the insurance company rep “let me school you on how this works” and you do not treat those that use Insurance as, and I quote “regular customers.” The Rude and belligerent individual through this entire process has been the owner of the company. Your employees have been nice and respectful and I to them. Perhaps you need to take a look into seeking some individual help on how to treat and keep customers.
They showed up within time period stated, Two workers showed up on a very hot day before a hurricane and were professional, courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. Motor on outside condensing unit went out and pricing not bad considering labor and parts involved. Would definitely call them again.
If I could give zero stars I would. Canceled appointments and when they do come over here they made it worse than what it was. Condensate line was clogged asked them to come and fix it. Guy come over said he would take care of it. Said he would re-insulate pipe. He’s gone now and leaking worse than ever about 5-6 hours after he’s gone. Didn’t re-insulate pipe and don’t fix problem. Brought up several things to him that I thought needed to be addressed and he said looks good to him. Obviously wasn’t ok. Now Sheetrock damage along with electronic equipment below. Called company and woman answered then guy got on phone and started making every excuse in book why it’s leaking. I told him that he was making excuses and then he told me to call my home warranty company.
Do not use this company. Took our money and the technician never showed up. Told us he came and we were not home when we set outside waiting for him. This company uses people’s sesperation to get AC fixed to take payment and not show. Left our family (including a toddler) with no AC after taking payment. The receptionist was rude and even laughed at the fact that the house had gotten extreme attention hot and the baby was crying when we spoke on the phone. Please do not support this business
