Tyler really helped me out. He gave me great advice and didn't just try to sell me a new unit like a lot of big AC companies would. Really nice guy too. Felt comfortable having him in my home with my family.

When i lived in El Paso and had AC issues in the summer Tyler helped me troubleshoot the problem from 500 miles away. I don't remember if it actually helped but it speaks volumes about the service you can expect from them. If you need heating or cooling work done this should be your first (and only) call.

DBR is on time, knowledgeable and the initial payment for the visit was cheaper than anyone else I called.

Excellent customer service. I knew nothing about my HVAC R-22 ac thing and now I do after Tyler showed and explained the test being ran and what was wrong. Same day repair with parts to repair on hand. I’m now prepped for Texas heat.

Saved by Fox Air!! We were up all Sat night sweating, tossing and turning. Sun morning woke up to the inside of the house warmer than outside. Tyler came and fixed the problem. He didn't upcharge me or try to sell me anything I didn't really need. He talked to me with respect. He did it in time for us to get to son's birthday party. We are now a customer for life.

Fast and friendly service. Had our ducting changed out and new ac installed within the same day and keeps our house at desired temp no problem! definitely will use them in the future!

This company can’t be beat. Fast friendly service who explained what he’s doing through the whole repair for me. The price was by far the lowest estimate I got and he didn’t try to upsell me and have me replace parts that didn’t need to be replaced.
