DBR Heat and Air

It was 8:30 pm at night when I called Tyler to come fix our air conditioner and he was there within the hour. My wife, two kids, and myself are very thankful that Tyler got there when he did and had our air conditioner running again in less than 30 minutes. Tyler was very professional and honest from the jump. Tyler is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to HVAC and won't charge you for something you don't need like some other companies will. We will definitely use him again should another issue ever arise.

Found my problems with in my unit fast and was able to repair in less than half an hour. Pricing was the best in the DFW area. Fox also left me with some great tips on simple preventive maintenance; that other companies I had before just showed up for the job and completed and requested payment on completion. Saved me a ton of money $. Was able to get my unit cooling to 65 degrees in a matter of hours on a very hot day. In which before my unit could only cool my whole house down to 70 degrees. Even within my hot area's of my house. Thanks Tyler definitely a five star company with superb customer satisfaction.

Tyler came out to my house at 11:30pm just to make sure I had ac before the heat of the next day. Definite plus for the wife and kids when it's 105°. Had these guys come out. They showed up perfectly on time and gave us an estimate on site! They had us up and running in no time! With new top of the line units! We ended up going with an upgraded unit due to the company giving great veteran discounts. The owner is Veteran and takes care of his fellow first responders! Highly recommend Tyler and his team! As a contractor myself he is my go to for personal, family, and my clients! These guys aren’t your usual company and assist with any questions 100%!

STOP!!! Don't look any further!!! This is the company to use. I had two other companies come out to my house to give me quotes on my AC and I felt both were trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I called Tyler and he immediately came out and told me what I would need and gave me a very fair price to get my AC going again. I went without AC for a month because of the other companies were trying to over charge me for a simple fix. Tyler is a Marine Vet, he's honest and he's very knowledgeable! My air conditioner went out today, on a Saturday of all days and late in the afternoon. I thought for sure I would not get any help, but boy was I wrong. I was received with a friendly conversation with Tyler in which he worked me in the same day! He came out and knew exactly the problem and fixed it. He answered all my questions happily and even educated me about future laws concerning Freon and how they will effect my unit. You will not go wrong in choosing Fox Heat and Air LLC. Fox Heat and Air saved the day! Our A/C went out on Saturday and it’s been 109 degrees outside and Tyler not only stayed in communication with my husband throughout Saturday evening but told us he could be out on Sunday. He showed up when he said he would be there and was able to fix the problem quickly. By far the best experience we have had with any A/C company. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
