Much appreciated and great service. Tyler came to my home on a Friday night within 1 hour of my service call. I had no A/C and it was HOT. He was able to get everything back and running and I haven’t had any issues since. Tyler even followed up the next day to ensure everything was working properly. When our A/C stopped cooling efficiently, we called Fox Heat and Air and Tyler was able to come out right away. Our problem began to recur a few days later and we had some miscommunication in getting a second appointment, but they were able to come out and work with us to find a cost-effective solution.

Tyler and his company are extremely amazing! I have known Tyler for many years and he is also a Marine Vet like myself. I went 2 years without heat and air in my place because of the prices of other companies! Tyler was able to upgrade me to the correct size unit for my house inside and out. Everything was installed and completed within hours! Very professional and very punctual. I recommend him to all my friends and family. For the first time in 2 years I have heat and air and my family doesn’t have to survive Texas heat off of one window unit! Tyler you are the best and I highly recommend you and your company to anyone!

I was referred to Tyler with Fox heat and air by a friend when our ac had went out on a 100° Texas day. After others had tried to give me their word they would be by the same day, Tyler was the only one that kept their word. After our first message he showed up and got the ball rolling and got our ac working that night, and was back the next day to complete all the hard work. Our unit is sooo much quieter, smoother running and reliable now. I thank Fox heat and air for their reliable reasonably priced service and I will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend Tyler with Fox Heating and Air, very professional. I called after 5pm and he had no problem coming out same day and was able to fix our problem. He was very efficient and explained what the problem was and what he did to fix it. He really seems to care and is very reasonably priced. I will definitely call Tyler again.

He squeezed us in on short notice, and ended up having to stay way past quitting time in order to get us back in service so we could be comfortable. Owner himself came to our house in Fort Worth within 1.5 hours of calling (when the company we purchased a complete new unit and duct work from wouldn’t come out until next Tuesday! A week with no a/c in this heat!) Tyler was extremely polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He had our air conditioning going in less than 10 min and for a very reasonable price! Tyler is absolutely first class! Not only is he completely transparent and honest, he knows what he's talking about. The fact he is a former Marine gave us even more comfort in knowing that what he told us was the truth. And the fact that he's not some huge company means very little overhead which translated into savings for us. He was not only prompt to the appointments, but he was courteous and explained things in a way even I could understand!
