After a terrible experience with the contractor sent by our warranty company, we contacted Fox Heat and Air and they came out on a Saturday to look at our system and by the end of the day on Monday, had the needed parts replaced. I am not really prone to giving out 5-stat reviews, but in this instance and this company, I just don't have a complaint. A weekend service call and having the problem fixed by the next business day? Not a lot of companies do that. We are very happy with our choice and will be a repeat-customer.

I highly recommend using Fox Heat and Air for installation and service on your airconditioning and heating units!. Tyler Fox came out and serviced our airconditioner on a Friday evening on the hottest day of the year! He is efficient and professional and his pricing is reasonable! We will definitely use him again in the future!

I was having some A/C issues Thursday night of this week and was very worried on how I was going to take care of it. Mind you I was just moving into my house and don't know nothing or no one in Cleburne at all. I googled home A/C repair and noticed Fox had the most positive review, so I went with them. Let me tell you the reviews are not just people boosting this company. Tyler and another young man came out to my house Friday morning and got straight on it. My unit is pretty old and I was worried it would need to be replaced as in due time it will. However I tripped a float switch by flushing out the backup drain and it caused my unit to shut down. Tyler and the other guy I believe Daniel is his name came, saw, and conquered the issue at hand. Not only did they have my A/C system back up and running in less than 30 mins, but he also added a pound of Freon and it made a hell of a difference within an hour. He did offer me a upgraded thermostat at a pretty fair price also. I went with it after he walked me through the benefits and options. I can now control my A/C from anywhere via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. I'm a very satisfied customer and will be referring them and using them from now on. Can't express my gratitude enough. They truly are the ones you need to contact to get your A/C up and running in little to no time. 🤗❄🌬

This is the best service I have ever received. Technician was at my home in less than an hour, had parts needed on truck, and had cold A/C blowing within 30 minutes of arrival. Extremely friendly and affordable. Will now be using Fox Heat and Air for routine maintenance and could not be happier.

I can't express how satisfied I am with Fox Heat and Air, LLC. We had our heat go out during the freezing weather and Tyler was willing to come out that same night to fix for us and he didn't over charge us. Got home at about 8pm to find out the A/C was out. Called Tyler about 8:45 and he was out here and had it fixed by 10. Great service at a great price. I just found my new go-to heat and air service. Highly recommend.
