Technician was professional and let me know what ws needed and about what it would cost. He also pointed out ways that I could save on my power bill by being more aware of how I was using my HVAC system.

I highly recommend DBR Heat and Air. They are professional. Reasonably priced. They came over the same day we called. They are extremely honest and I trust them completely. The work was done quickly and they are so knowledgeable. I am signing up for their maintenance program now.

Original review is below but I wanted to let everyone know that I got a call the following week from Tyler. He told me he was going to make it right and came out to provide an estimate that same day. It takes guts to stand there and not only own up to a service failure, but then execute a good service recovery. I'm beyond impressed by the professionalism of this team.

Pretty disappointed when Tyler no-call-no-showed for our appointment. I read all these great reviews but didn't get a call, text, email, or anything that he wasn't going to show up. I called, sent a text, and even waited an extra two hours just to give him the benefit of the doubt. Just really disappointed at the end of the day and I'll be calling someone else for an estimate on Monday.

Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Had an issue with our system and he came out fixed it and gave us some great tips on how to keep it from happening again. Also helped us with finding our filters which are not a standard size.

Tyler arrived and fixed the problem immediately!! He worked quick and got our AC back up and running in no time. As a first time homeowner and this being my first issue I'm glad we had Fox Heat and Air on our side and great pricing as well!!! Highly recommend this company!

There is a REASON that Fox Heat and Air has sooo many 5 star reviews!!! We were blown by the service we got from Tyler and Austin. Tyler is very kind and very honest. We tried two other companies first and his prices were the best! We felt we got a very good deal and he went above and beyond for us, he even literally saved our lives when he detected a broken pipe that was a potential carbon monoxide leak. We feel very blessed and overall grateful that we chose to go with Fox Heat and Air. If you choose them you will be getting exceptional service at an exceptional price and serving a great family.

Called Fox heat and air late during the day after AC went out. Tyler was super professional and came right out within 30 mins to take a look at my AC unit. He is very professional and detailed, explaining everything that was happening and educating me on my own equipment that I had no knowledge of. He was able to help us out in a bind, even coming back out the next day and ensuring that everything was working fine.Being a veteran myself, I take pride in knowing that this exceptional service comes from a veteran owned business.

Tyler Fox and his company were referred to me by a fellow Vet. I had them replace my 20 year old system a year ago and was very pleased with their installation.

Two days ago the system quit cooling. Tyler worked me into his busy schedule the same day. They found and repaired a small leak in an interior pipe. The house was back to comfortably cool in 2 hours.

In addition to being very pleased with Tyler’s same day response, I was doubly pleased to learn that they stood by their product and service. I was not charged for the repair.

Tyler has restored my faith is service. A true pleasure doing business with him! I will definitely be referring him to friends and neighbors! He’s one of the good guys who truly cares about quality service.
