We installed a mini-spit system in our home. We apparently didn't tighten the inside refrigerant lines completely. Will was the technician that came out to check our problem. He was very proficient and very polite. I really appreciate him and his work. The mini-split system has been working like a charm since. We will definitely use Comfort Pro again if needed. Matthew and Seth were very informative and knowledgeable. Also, they were here when they said they were going to be here and the product backs up what they said about it by the performance of the mini splits. I wish we would’ve known about these when we with our brand new house we built four years ago.

Matt came out on a Sunday and was very professional. We found out we were replacing our thermostat batteries with batteries that were dead in the drawer. He was friendly and never made us feel stupid. We are home builders for a living and will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you Comfort Air! Highly Recommend!

He installed a new thermostat and got everything programmed for me. He was polite and helpful. Fair prices, especially for a Sunday, but it was also Father’s Day!
