I’ve had a great experience with Comfort Pros. They were able to fix issues that previous companies failed to diagnose which just led to unnecessary work.
The Comfort Pros team has exceeded my expectations with a full removal and install of a new system inside and out. Everything is clean and all work was performed exactly in the timeframe we talked about. I couldn’t be happier.

David has always went above and beyond to thoroughly explain the needs of our system and the options we have. I never feel pushed towards unnecessary repairs. David Stapp, one of their HVAC techs, did an excellent job in troubleshooting our headache of a HVAC. He explained to us the issues that could be causing our HVAC to short cycle and throughly checked the entire system. You know how you can tell when a business is committed to their customers and are also personable, good down to earth folks, well Comfort Pros is that company. We also chose to sign up for their maintenance plan as well. Glad to have chosen them!

Matthew was our service tech and he was outstanding! He came out on Saturday and assessed what needed to be done. He told us our options and quoted a price! He returned on Tuesday and did an excellent job and was very experienced and answered all of our questions. I would recommend this company to anyone! It's been a long time since I experienced such professionalism at such a level. He was also very pleasant even though it was hot and he had been working all day. Our Mini-split is spotless and looks like brand new!
