Airmasters AC, Heat, Plumbing & Electrical

I have used AirMasters for over 25 years. They never try to sell service or parts I don't need. Got a Trane heat pump from them several years ago when my old raggedy mobile home unit gave up the ghost. It paid for itself in a couple of years. (less than 2) Josh was just out on a contract maintenance/checkup call. We renewed our contract. Josh, like all the guys we've had over the years was great.

Airmasters provided a very quick and pleasant experience when we needed help. Jesse was here within two hours. He was knowledgeable and patient with explaining things to someone who knows nothing about AC units! He was quick to put on shoe covers when he had to come inside and seemed to be very diligent in his work ethic, manners and took pride in trying to do his best to solve the issue. We will definitely call your company again!

The technician Josh came in a timely fashion and was very quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. He was both professional and friendly.

Our service was done promptly, he was friendly, and very professional. I believe his name was Roddie (sp?). He explained things well and we are glad to know we have such excellent technical support as we need it. He was over and above.

We got home after church and our thermostat wasn’t working. I checked breakers and found a fuse in the attic unit that kept blowing. I called and an awesome tech Jesse was at my house in 15 minutes. With the temperature at 15 degrees and dropping I really needed it fixed today. Jesse had it fixed in under 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable and the service was top notch. I highly recommend Airmasters and I couldn’t be happier.

AirMasters installed a 5 Ton Dual Fuel System and keeps our 3 Ton unit running. We have been using AirMasters since 2015. They did a fantastic job and we have been very pleased. Luke comes out and services our units twice a year. We have gotten very attached to him. He is very knowledgeable, honest, kind and takes his time to explain! We have learned so much about our two systems from Luke! We request him and look forward to him coming out twice a year to service our two units. He has become our friend and a Blessing in our lives!

Our AC unit was not working when we turned it on the first time after winter. They came out immediately, got it working until the replacement part came in. Jesse left his card & said not to hesitate to call for him to come back out until they came back. Jesse & Stephen arrived on time, were professional & worked quickly, neatly & had us fixed up in no time. They were fantastic & wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Had some AC problems after a power outage last night and Josh Blanchette got everything going again really quickly! Airmasters did a great job and I highly recommend them for your AC needs! Thanks Josh!

Woke up early this morning to a very hot house - the AC stopped working. Called at 8am to have someone out to fix the AC - expecting to have to wait days/weeks since the temps have been 100+ virtually all summer. But, nope, Josh was out at 1pm today and had everything running and cooling again by 1:25pm. We cannot thank you enough!!
