After weeks of trying to get someone to come look at our system, we finally called Airmasters. They showed up the very next morning. Frank our tech was wonderful. Took his time to explain everything and charged a very reasonable fee. Had us back up in running in no time. Thank you!

I purchased my home in February 2022. I have had a few issues. They installed my unit and I reached out due to my unit would run from like noon until sometime in the middle of the night. I keep it on 76 degrees. He came out a total of 3 times doing different things. Finally when he came on Wednesday he discovered the problem! My builder did not have insulation installed in my attic!!!! Insulation was blown in this morning and guess what. My house has continuously been at 76 with the unit kicking in and off as it should!!!! Thank you for always being so nice and responsive!!! O

AC quit working on 7/30/22. Monty at Air Masters provided the overall best quote with an install scheduled on 8/3/22. Understanding the extreme temperatures outside, Monty installed two AC window units at no cost to keep my family and pets cool until the project could be completed. Installation engineers, John, Jurado & Colton arrived early on 8/3/22 and installed our new system by early afternoon. Overall, the company exceeded my expectations, was professional, punctual, and overall, delivered the best overall value. Extremely happy with all services they do. They have been our go-to for all heating/AC services for over 15 years including complete system replacement due to unavailability of old Freon gas. Most recently we had our AC system fail the day we were leaving on vacation. It was on a Sunday so we couldn't contact them until Monday while we were at our vacation location. We have a system that we can monitor remotely and the house temperature never got below 87 degrees while we were away. I called Airmasters for advise and they told us to just turn the system off until we got back home. The following Friday, Josh Blanchette came out and found the problem right away (capacitor failure). He replaced the failed part and had us up and running again within 10 minutes at no charge since we have an annual service agreement. He came out promptly the first thing on Friday and as usual did a 1st rate job. Airmasters with technicians like Josh are by far the best service around.

Quickly scheduled, Josh B. came out on time and proceeded to do what appeared to be magic with our system. He fixed the thermostat + diagnosed other issues. He fixed them and went on his way. Josh makes Airmasters look like their name. Hot or Cool they get it done right.

We recently moved to the area, and since Airmasters is the local Trane authorized dealer, we were lucky enough to have found this wonderful company. We have had them out for one maintenance call, and two repair calls. Each time, we have been very pleased with their service every step of the way. A technician always come within a day or so for non emergencies. The last two times we called for minor repairs, we were blessed to have Jesse respond to our call. He is professional, kind, thorough, and patiently answers our questions and explains how our system works. He didn't make us feel like he had to hurry away to the next job. We feel confident when he works on our system, and its wonderful to have such a reliable company to keep us comfortable in our home.

Tech Ned was knowledgeable, honest and explained what he was doing step by step and why. Never tried to run up unnecessary charges. Very pleased with service time and response time as well. Same day service in August in Texas meant a lot.

Josh Blanchette was AWESOME!! So polite and knowledgeable. He was here in 20 minutes and had it fixed in no time. And on a Saturday at 6:30pm on Fourth of July weekend! He really k owns his stuff and was so thorough and fixed it RIGHT!!!

Josh B. came out to service our units for our quarterly maintenance and was very polite and courteous. He replaced the filters for both units and checked the outside units. He seemed very thorough and knowledgeable. We will definitely continue to use them.
