Josh was super ! He called about an hour before he arrived on the day we scheduled. Quickly ran through our systems, updated the filters and checked the exterior units. He gave us a report (everything was OK) and left. We're very happy to have a great company and tech on our team. Thanks.

We scheduled AirMasters to check out and service our HVAC system. Josh came out and did a great job. We greatly appreciate how Josh took the time to explain everything about our system. Our transformer was struck by lightening. It fried something in the HVAC system. Mr. Josh came out and had it fixed in less than an hour. It didn't cost us an arm and a leg. He did a great job, and we are so thankful! We've only used Airmasters for a while now, and will continue to only use them. They're always professional, and very timely. We've never had to wait more than a day for someone to come out and check our system.

Stephen was our technician and he was an absolute joy to work with. He did wonderful and we felt extremely confident in his work he performed. He made us feel comfortable and did not take us new homeowners as a way to make a quick buck and treated us fairly. So pleased and you got a customer for life.

We have been customers of Airmasters since 2015, when they were recommended to us by a co-worker. Wade first came out to give us an estimate and his recommendation on the best unit/solution for our home. We purchased two heat pumps to replace our failing units. Since then, Airmasters has performed routine maintenance and service on our two units and we have come to know many of their technicians. They are always polite, knowledgeable, and professional.

Recently, one of our units stopped working (in the middle of an unseasonably warm May). Jesse Howell, our technician, went to extreme measures to determine the cause. He came out after hours and back early the next morning to run tests. It was obvious Jesse really cared about our comfort and did his best to find the problem. He kept us informed every step of the way.

Unfortunately for us, it turned out to be a controller board which, due to the pandemic and supply chain issues, was out of stock. The unit was still under warranty, but when the manufacturer could not fulfill its obligations, Roy Boyd, the Service Manager, came out personally to provide us with a solution which had us cool in no time. Airmasters certainly went above and beyond and that is one of the main reasons we decided years ago to give them our business. From the receptionists to the technicians to the managers and the owner, they are honest, trustworthy, and dependable, very responsive to the customer’s needs, and just plain good people. We highly recommend Airmasters!

Had great service today from Josh! He was upbeat, prompt, and efficient. He figured out the problem was our capacitor and replaced it in no time, which is so important with these +100-degree days we're having! The most professional company I have ever done business with. I have bought 3 systems in 27 years if you include the rent house I own. . The service manager Wade, is great. The owners are accessible. Josh B came out quickly and on time and listened to our concerns and got right on it checking what needs to be checked and I love that they educate you if you don't understand. This isn't our first nor second time using airmasters but each time has been pleasant leaving us feeling confident and comfy at home that our AC is in good hands!
