So we recently had a problem with our AC unit not cooling and of course it was on a weekend and after hours. I called the after hours call service and the dispatch had a tech call me within 30 minutes. His name was Stephen and I’m here to tell you he was amazing, he came within an hour and was very knowledgeable to the problem. He got me up and running. In this heat I’m so grateful for him and his service. I would highly recommend this company. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Airmasters technicians always call when they are on the way, and are friendly and professional once they arrive. Stephen is usually our tech, and he is very knowledgeable and honest about any work that needs to be done.

We will always rely on Airmasters for service. They are honest and won't try to upsell. The inside unit fan stopped working on our ac. Speaking with the technician on the phone I explained the symptom. I told him that I fear that the fan motor may have gone out but maybe it's just something else related to it. He came out and repaired it. Turned out to be the capacitor and fan relay. We were relieved that it was repaired quickly and the cost was very reasonable.

The air conditioning went out at the small business where I work, and we called AirMasters for a second opinion. The first company we used recommended a complete replacement of the two units we have at our building. Ned arrived within a couple of hours of our phone call, and diagnosed the problem and had our A/C back up running in less than an hour. Ned is honest, professional, reasonable, and has a great sense of humor! I will be using this business for my home HVAC needs as well.
