My central air system was running but not cooling properly. After talking to 3 different reps for Sears A/C Services and getting anywhere, I called AIR MASTERS. To say their service was quick is an understatement. Josh Blanchett was there the next morning. He quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the problem (low freon) and resolved it that same day. I was extremely impressed with his explanations. He even checked to make sure there were no other issues with the unit. He was friendly and knowledgeable and let us know every step in the repair process. AIR MASTERS is extremely fortunate to have Josh as a technician. He deserves a huge raise. I am so impressed with Josh and the service your company provides. (Just so you know, I am very picky and hard to please.) Wonderful job ! Your receptionist was also very nice and easy to talk to. I would and will highly recommend this company to anyone who needs repairs. Thank you so much!

We had an absolutely wonder experience with our technician Josh. He was extremely thorough and polite. We placed a call and he was able to come out the same day to service our unit. We have used AirMasters in the past to help with rebalancing our system in a new (to us) house. We were so happy with them, that we decided to sign up for their regular maintenance service. Most recently, we had technician Jesse Howell out to perform the first maintenance visit. He was pleasant and professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything he had done, along with recommendations for future repairs and things to keep an eye on. He thoroughly cleaned the outdoor units, even changed out the filters and went shoulder deep in insulation to repair an issue with one of our units. AirMasters has always been easy to work with and shows up quickly when called.

Our unit was down just the other day. We called airmasters they send us their very best Frank Benjamin and His companion Jesse. The results couldn't be any happier and staying cool. They were very knowledgeable and professional and they spotted the issue right away. We just moved in our new neighborhood and we will definitely referred you guys to our neighbors thanks again! I had system bi-annual service done and 2-3 weeks later noted the secondary overflow was leaking. Called Airmasters and they sent Josh out to fix the problem. He knew within 5 minutes what was wrong and fixed it with no cost to me. He was very knowledgeable and professional and explained everything in terminology I could understand. We used Airmasters for years and now since we moved to Burleson . Honorable company with quality employees.

Airmasters made an after hours call to our house that was so hot at 87 degrees! They were able to order the part & Jesse had it fixed the next day! Jesse did a great job and was awesome!

Josh Blanchette was very thorough in trying to determine the cause of our heating systems noise, even though, at the time of his visit, the system wasn't making the noise. He explained all the possible causes and answered all our questions. He was very professional.

Can’t say enough great things about our experience with Air Masters in Cleburne. From the salesman Monty Williams to the installers. I believe it was team A who installed, John, Edward and Colten. Everyone of them were professional, knowledgeable and hard workers! Kept us informed on everything they were doing. Cleaned up all the mess from installation and as hot as it was 100 plus degrees always had a smile. We would highly recommend them.

I’ve been very pleased with this company and its customer service ethics. Any problems I’ve had in the past, the company made it right. They gave me an excellent price for an upgraded SER rated unit when my old unit burnt up. They have experienced service technicians who really want to find and fix an issue that the customer has brought to their attention. They relocated and provided a new thermostat with my new unit and installed a needed additional air intake.
