Bell Mechanical Services

We have had unrelated issues with the AC in our home twice over the last year or so. In both instances, Bell promptly responded to our service call and took care of our problems.

I don't know who did the installation of the system, but I certainly trust Bell for my HVAC needs going forward.

We needed AC repair and they came quickly as possible. Dennis was especially helpful and knowledgeable, it was worth the reasonable fee just for the tips he gave. Thank you, Bell, I highly recommend you!

I certainly recommend Bell Mechanical Service for HVAC service. I had a great experience with Bell Mechanical. Their A/C technician Joey H is super good. He was not only professional, knowledgable, and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. But also he did such a solid, thorough and great job in fixing my A/C problem. Additionally, the lady at Bell Mechanical customer service who schedule the appointment for you are also very nice and professional. Bell Mechanical rocks with such great professional people! Bell Mechanical answered the phone and set me up with a tech coming out the next day. Sammy showed up, I told him my story, new to the area and house and the inspection pointed to the AC units as older and maybe undersized. Sammy investigated and found several issues that would point to the hot spots that sparked the call. I was skeptical, but took what he said and went to another carrier off my list for 2nd opinion and pricing comparison. The 2nd opinion proved Sammy right and with both quotes in hand I called Bell Mechanical back, not because of price, but because of what they found wrong. Their supervisor Alex came out to size up the job, he is an amazingly knowledgeable guy and he showed me everything wrong and explained why it was wrong, he even found an undersized breaker on my other unit! We are very happy with the level of expertise, professionalism, and quality of work from Bell Mechanical from every department we interacted with. Hands down my choice.

Jose from Bell came to check out an abnormal noise our brand new unit in our brand new build home AC was making. This was related to an incorrectly installed condensation drain from the attic unit. Jose fixed the drain, cleaned the nearly overflowing drain pan and made everything right.

I can’t say enough good things about Jose, he was stellar. Bell is fortunate to have him working for their company.

I had a small scheduling incident that is not worth detailing as it was handled promptly. Bell Mechanical understands the aspect of
CUSTOMER SERVICE and quickly responded and with a value add for my next preventative service. I would highly recommend them as an HVAC contractor.

Tech, Chris Henry, was very knowledgeable and provided outstanding service to me and my family. He was very efficient in his work and explained each task at hand. Chris is a great asset to Bell Services.

I bought a new house in which Bell was the installer of HVAC in the new house. Supply air plenum has detached from air handler 4 times in a year, every time they come out they add more pookie and duct tape, and it is still not right. My first year warranty is almost up and now they won't even call me back after leaving messages. Will update this post later if I can get a hold of them, maybe I can talk to service manager eventually.
