Natalie came at the end of the day, I felt bad since it was late but the AC in my daughters room and our office wasn’t blowing out! She fixed it quickly and now our daughter will sleep peacefully finally :) Thank you for being amazing!

Bell was called in response to an HVAC system issue on a brand new house with a brand new unit. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and corrected the issue post haste. I will call them directly in the future with my HVAC needs. Reading that is sounds like a commercial but it's true.

Horrible service, not professional . I called company three times to fix my main A/C duct . They made a very poor work, it last only two days and I still have the problem. Never showed on time.

A Bell Mechanical technician left my air conditioner running for five days when I was out of town. A Bell Mechanical supervisor said he would take $30 off my bill. He never did. On four occasions I've called Bell Mechanical and politely asked for my promised refund. No one at Bell Mechanical will return my call. I still don't have my refund. Do not do business with Bell Mechanical.
