    We purchased a new home and Bell Mechanical was the service provider for the HVAC system. This was a little over a year ago.

    In just over a year we have had to have them come and repair their shockingly poor install no less then 7 TIMES. Every time they come, they do some minor and clearly poorly done fixes and the system works. Then a week or so later, like clockwork, it stops working. We live in an incredibly hot state and the inside house temps can reach close to 90 degrees. Every single person they have sent has done terrible and shoddy replairs. I do NOT recommend them to anyone so please take this review as a warning to anyone considering using this company.

    Natalie was amazing and very professional. She listened throughly to all my concerns and took care of every single one of them. she helped me to understand much better my AC/Heater system, reviewed the maintenance part with me and how to use the system during extreme cold weather. She also noticed that some vents needed adjustments and shared her recommendations. I will highly recommend Natalie if you need a service from Bell Mechanical. I felt like a valued customer. Thank you.

    I gave four stars because it took two service calls to remedy my AC issues. Both techs were very polite and personable and went straight to their work as soon as I relayed the trouble.
    I will call Bell Mechanical again if issues occur. Marcus, the 1st tech called another tech to ask a question pertaining to my issue, and upon completion he did what the two had spoken about and that cleared up my AC problem as the machine started right up and began to cool down my home. Marcus stayed for a while to be sure the unit was operating fine and we signed off on the paperwork and Marcus left heading to his next service call.
    Two days later, the same issues began again so I called Bell and another tech was dispatched to our home to address the issue. About 4 hours after the call, a technician named Sam arrived at our home and upon telling him about what was happening with our unit, Sam went straight to work and checked everything out. Within 30 minutes, Sam came to me and told me his findings. We discussed it for a few minutes and then he did what he had to do to get our AC up and running. We thanked him for his quick service and he was on his way to his next call.
    I would recommend Bell to my family and friends for all their AC / Heating problems.

    I have been a customer since 2018 and I was happy with the service I received until my last two appointments December 2020 and June 2021. Both times the technicians was late. My June 2021 appointment was scheduled between 8 and 12 the dispatcher calls at 11:45 and said the technician would be at my home by 12:15. At 1:05 the technician was still enroute. Totally unprofessional on the part of the scheduler or dispatcher I should have received a phone call long before 11:45 if you knew that the technician was running that far behind schedule. Hope in the future more training is giving towards meeting the appointments scheduled or maybe that’s the problem they are overbooking and the technician can’t keep up which is bad I don’t want you to come out and do a rush job on my units.

    Called them to look at our ac which was not working. Tech was great but said we had a leak and would need a new part. I would be called the next day to discuss if under warranty. He added freon to get us cool again until the part was installed. I have called 3 times Over the last 2 weeks and today was told the part still had not been ordered as they were waiting for my approval (no one told me this when I called prior/ no 1 called to get my approval). The last lady I spoke with today showed no empathy and hung up on me when I explained I would go elsewhere at this point for service At least the tech got us back for the short term, I will go elsewhere for the perm solution.......

    We bought our house 2 weeks ago.(new construction) Couldn't keep the house cool unless it was set to 70. They came out the first time and checked. Low Freon. Now, it's doing the same thing. Scheduled another appointment. My window was 12-5. He did not call ahead and just pops up. He rings the doorbell. My son answers and was asked if it was cool in the house. My son says yes. The tech tells him that if he has anymore problems, call back. He gets back in the car and leaves. Did not check ANYTHING!

    Had to follow up multiple times due to part delay and no communication despite promises of call back.

    Post that I was charged a huge sum that no one would explain what the details are for. Despite requesting the invoice details and receipt, nothing is sent and the card is charged. Seems very deceitful as the technician would not explain the details as each one puts it on the other and the customer service says they will email it right away and it never comes.

    Also poor display of craftsmanship as the technician would not tell what caused the compressor go bad, why the fan makes such noise and just say it’s fixed now and this makes me think that we are setup for another repair soon.

    Overall very disappointed and does not live up to the fancy videos on the website about customer service and doing what is required for customer.
