Intelligent Air Services, LLC (iAir)

We called iAir Services after a disastrous installation by another company. Everyone we dealt with was very courteous and professional and there were very concerned about our safety after seeing the initial installation. They brought the two AC/Furnace systems up to code and took the time to do the job completely and correctly and made some changes to the filter system that will make our lives much easier.

They were very careful to not track anything in, and even swept out the leaves that had blown into the garage and ran the vacuum cleaner to pick up some insulation that had fallen out of the attic door. They replaced the roof vent and even trimmed the trees that were brushing up against the roof. They went above and beyond what was required.

We were very impressed and have already recommended them to others in the area. They will be performing all our routine maintenance in the future.

I needed to replace my HVAC system at my business. I contacted several companies including Intelligent Air because of their ratings. Clay was very helpful in getting me the price and answering my many questions and coordinating the install to accommodate my stores schedule. Daniel was in charge of the install and he and Angel and Carlos did a great job. Daniel and Angel were constantly talking about what options would work best as they went through the process of tearing out a 20 plus year old system and fitting in the new system. It was clear that they new what they were doing and were working together to get the best result. They helped me set up the new wifi thermostat and answered all my questions before they left. John stopped by a few days later to meet the city inspector and make sure the inspection went well and to make sure that I was completely happy. They filed the paperwork for a rebate from the city and because it was the first time filing a commercial rebate, there was a little confusion but we worked together with the city and got it right. I would highly recommend Intelligent Air for any HVAC needs.

We had a great experience with iAir Services. The salesman, Lacounte, was helpful, patient and responsive to all our questions. The installation crew was professional, clean and efficient. There was an onsite supervisor with the crew the entire time. The owner of the company, Les, along with Lacounte, stopped by on installation day. We would definitely recommend iAir Services.

Can't say enough about this company. Service was great! They were punctual, professional, and quick. They pointed some things out that the previous companies did not see and fixed it for no charge which was way over and beyond what I'm used to. I had my entire AC system replaced including duct work and furnace. They put the appropriate grills in and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely will use them again.

MY AC broke down on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, late in the afternoon. I called and there was someone on call who came right over. He determined that the condenser was gone. We discussed options and I decided to replace it The next morning, he showed up with the new unit and installed it. I am so grateful to have had such excellent service.

My wife, pup and I have lived in our new build home in the Zilker neighborhood of South Austin for a little over two years now, and our builder connected us with Les, Mike and the iAir team for our unique LG split unit HVAC system.

I mean this when I say it, but I have never worked with a more responsive, timely and professional home services company ever as a home owner. They come out at least twice per year to inspect and prep our heating and cooling system prior to the brunt of each Texas season, and have been there for us during any quick emergency or repair.

During this most recent 2021 Texas winter storm, the iAir team was out to our home within 24-hours to diagnose and repair our system to maximize the heat output during a very stressful time of rolling power and water outages.
