These guys are great: responsive, professional, and skilled. Thanks to a less-than-scrupulous house flipper, my attic HVAC looked like a Rube Goldberg contraption, or a Dr. Seuss illustration. Besides being inefficient, this was going to shorten the life of both units. Edgar caught it, LaCounte diagnosed it and designed a solution, and Edgar has implemented that solution. They've followed through to make sure everything is just right. I trust them a lot.

I feel truly fortunate to have had Edgar service our a/c. Not only did he determine the immediate problem and fix it, he also preformed root cause analysis and is making sure that issue is addressed as well.

I have never had a show-up issue w/Intelligent Air, and have usually felt like I got more work and analysis than I was billed for. That having been said, IA is definitely not a discount or volume provider--but then, you generally get what you pay for. And amid the swamp/desert cycles that now prevail in Central Texas, a "good deal" means a repair/service that sticks and is performed on time. This has surely been the case with Intelligent Air at each location they've provided help to us.

We were super happy with Eugene. He was careful to offer various options in the light of our household situation and future plans. There was never a whiff of any upsell. And, bottom line: our space is cooler.

We plan to replace our system later this summer using this company and feel confident that we'll get an on-time/done-right job. And that's a bargain by any metric!
