Omg, my AC stopped working about a week ago. It's very disappointing waking up in the middle of the night with sweat on your back. Even though we weren't able to replicate the issue while Jorge was here, he still took the time to go through all the likely causes, and a few unlikely ones as well. Was willing to explain what he was looking for, and why. Told me what to look for in the future as well as troubleshooting steps. Great experience.
