I have had interactions with this company twice and I have to say Jeorge is amazing. The wrong part was ordered last time and I had to wait for it to get repaired after a couple of times. Jeorge educated me on what the issues with my A/C unit were which made me feel a lot better about it. I didn’t put 5 stars just due to the frustration that I been dealing with the issue for a while now but Jeorge made it better. I am so glad to have him fix this issue for me.

My AC broke while I was travelling in Asia. Atlas AC was so accommodating and provided detailed explanations of what was broken and what options I had moving forward. They provided me room window units for my comfort while waiting on the electric wiring to be upgraded to the required voltage to run the new unit. They were extremely responsive to my questions and in their communications before, during, and after the installation. Everyone at the company, from the Systems Engineer, Noah, to the installation crew were extremely knowledgeable and professional and I have only great things to say about this company!

Rep George came by my home for his last house call Wednesday evening when the temperature was in the mid-90s and my inoperable HVAC system had me sweating for the past two days. Not only was he thorough in checking and repairing my AC system, George was also very pleasant and open to explaining everything as I observed & asked questions trying to learn how to prevent recurrence.
