Jorge Rivero came out to my home to fix my ac as a single mother I don’t really know much about how stuff works & he explained in detail which was beyond helpful to me! He made the experience smooth and quick! If I ever have any issues again I’ll definitely be asking for him!!!

George Rivero was quick and knowledgeable when fixing our AC unit. He came in, politely introduced himself and immediately asked me to explain the issue in my own words even though he already knew the overall problem. It was nice to feel heard and not brushed to the side because he knew what he was doing already. He figured out the problem quickly and explained his process throughout the visit. At the end he showed me everything he did, explained it all again to make sure I understood and even gave me a few pointers on running our AC in the summer to save money yet still keep it cool. Most importantly, I didn’t feel like I had to sit next to him while he was in my home. I let him do is thing and went about my business, George Rivero was very trustworthy and I would absolutely recommend!

Jorge Rivero is one of the BEST HVAC guys we have ever encountered. Not only did he go above and beyond mainteneancing the AC, he educated us on what was going and what to look for in the future. We Most definitely will be using th again in the future. THANK YOU JORJE!!!!
