Seemed knowledge, friendly and responsive. Invited to watch during repairs, ask questions, etc; not many places want you over their shoulder while working. Their prices and costs seemed competitive, did my repairs for far less than a certain competitor (rhymes with mumfort eggs-press). Will use again.
