I received an estimate and after the work was completed there were no surprise charges. This company gave me an accurate diagnosis of my problem and didn’t attempt to screw me over like another contractor attempted to do. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Sedrick is very professional and very helpful. He has been serving my units now for several years always goes the extra mile. Today he installed a new AC unit it’s absolutely wonderful my house is finally cool. He and his employees stay until everything is working correctly. Just can’t say enough good things about Sederick with Chill Time. We used him to replace our HVAC unit that was very tricky to install. We were frustrated after getting quotes from 2 other HVAC companies who couldn’t take care of us in a timely manner (we had been waiting almost 4 mos supposedly for the unit to be built). Sederick came highly recommended and quickly we could see why. He was professional, prompt and courteous and certainly knew what he was doing. He installed our new unit at a 25% savings over the other guys and in no time at all it was replaced and working great (he ordered the unit to be built and had it within a week). I highly recommend their service. My AC was leaking really bad and it’s old. I had 4 technicians out including the home warranty service. No one could fix it. They all immediately tried to sell me a new system instead of getting to the problem. Mr. Davis went in actually took it apart cleaned it and blew my line (something the others didn’t do). They took pics of my coil and said its dirty and old so you need a new one; not bothering to put in the work to figure out the issue. Now it’s working perfectly fine and I don’t have to buy a new one. Thanks again Mr. Davis!
