I had an issue with my heat pump and called Cool-Tech at 7:30 am. They had someone out by 8:30 to diagnose the problem. Jon Kalp went above and beyond to work with the manufacturer to cover additional costs on the repair under warranty. Great service!

The technicians are professional, nice, and willing to answer any questions and concerns you might have. David, Jared, and John are the best technicians I’ve ever met in my entire life. They installed a brand-new roof top AC a month ago in my business location plus did some extra services that I asked them to do on my other two old ACs which everything got finished with the same price no extra charge. Use this company, your AC will be in good hands.

Cool Tech installed 2 new high efficency units in our house approximately 2 months ago and we couldn't be happier. Prior to the install, Jon answered all my questions (hundreds of them) with extraordinary patience, thoroughness and professionalism. His responses were always timely and knowledgeable. By the time we were ready for the install, I had no doubt it would be smooth as silk. (And it was). The install team was quick and when they were finished, it was cleaner than when they started! My wife did not even believe they had been here! After 6 weeks or so, the HVAC system is performing just the way that Jon said it would. With the variable speed technology, we couldn't be more comfortable & it is so quiet you don't even know anything is operating. I am hard to satisfy but Jon and his team were successful in making me completely delighted. It was a pleasure using Cool Tech for our new HVAC systems

After having a different company give us wrong information and take advantage of us. We called frustrated and desperate. They made our apt for same day (90 degree Texas summers are no joke) came out right on time. Checked and double checked everything. Gave us correct honest information about our system and what needed to be done. Our tech David was very professional and explained everything to us. I will 100% use them again and refer anyone to them.

I worked with Jon to help me decide on getting my upstairs 5 ton A/C repaired. It worked out in my favor to find them as they were competitively priced up front and professional from beginning to end. I eventually decided on replacing the entire unit to a higher efficiency one. They specified the model of every component being replaced the proposal and detailed the install. The work crew even covered up my expensive carpet on the floor and stairs to make sure dirt or loose insulation didn't remain when they left as I have a toddler who loves to pick up interesting things off the floor. They came on time and finished quickly. I will definitely recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors!

Cool Tech put in my system about 18 months ago and did an outstanding job. That system had a major parts failure. The parts, of course, were manufacturer defects. Cool Tech really went out of their way to make sure the system was fixed correctly, identifying additional things that needed to be done to ensure that they would not fail again. Love this company.

This was maintenance and service of 2 A/C and furnaces. As usual Jon Kalp did a very responsive job and Ben did the service well and quickly. Cool Tech is my go to vendor for HVAC. Give them a try and they will become yours too.

I don't remember the name of who answered the phone, but she was amazing. She was kind, funny, knowledgeable, and efficient. One may think that I am related to her because of my high praise, and although I'm not, she truly made me feel at home. Talking to her was only the frosting on top. The technition was respectful and provided quick service. They even came real early in the morning to work with my schedule.

Cool Tech Mechanical replaced/installed two new complete HVAC system for my home 4/20/15. The work that was done was incredible!!! Cool Tech installed/hung the HVAC system in my attic better than the original builder! The team they had in placed double check behind each other, professional and cleaned up behind themselves! If I could take pictures of the attic and post the before and after you would be floored……….I was that impressed!!!!
Price….Price…….Price!!! I’m about to put my home on the market. I received 4 quotes from 4 different “Angie’s List” preferred vendor and Cool Tech Mechanical destroyed them all! I don’t know if I should put this out in the atmosphere…..LOL…….but Cool Tech charge me to replace 2 entire system A/C – furnace 14 SEER 3 ton rated R-410A for $8914.00 and gave me 2 new Honeywell 9000 Wi-Fi color touchscreen thermostat for FREE!!!!
