Our air conditioner quit cooling. They came out same day we called and quickly diagnosed and repaired our issue. The technician was courteous and on-time. They didn’t gouge us on price. I highly recommend this company for service!

I'm very happy to write a review for companies I use who are honest, reliable and do their job well.
Cool Tech Mechanical is such a company. I have had two new units put in by them. Couple of days after the install, Jon, the owner called to make sure all went well. I actually told him this last unit was a little loud, he sent the tech out same day to adjust the blower setting and also to deliver a year supply of free filters he'd ordered for me.

Gave us an honest evaluation and good price. We got a new Heater and AC, replacing a 30 year old system. Apparently there was an issue with installation and we had to call an emergency service through another company. Cool Tech paid the bill for the emergency service and came back to make sure the issue was resolved at no additional fee. I find them very trust worthy and reliable. We would highly recommend them and will be calling them if we need anything else.

My serviceman Ben, was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and kind. I called and he was at my house within a few hours (same day service). The problem was diagnosed and will be replaced in a timely manner.

Everyone I have spoken with and had services performed by in my home has always been super great!!! Friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and confident. I appreciate Dennis’ detailed service maintenance, explanation of what’s going on with the equipment, and suggestions to keep everything running well. He is personable and tolerated/was kind to my protective (barking) dog who finally made friends with him! I highly recommend this company.

Great staff. Jon gave me a good estimate and went over everything they would do. His crew installed a complete unit in half a day, and left everything clean. Ben programmed my wifi thermostat to work off my phone. That has been so handy to have. I highly recommend Cool Tech Mechanical to anyone needing a new a/c or heating unit or repair work on their existing unit. You won't regret it.

We had Cool Tech Mechanical come to replace a programmable AC system. Jon Kalp came over for detailed estimate after their tech came over first time. Originally we thought we had to replace the AC units. Jon was very professional and honest and said that was not the case and we replace only the wireless units. They installed new system. They came on time, did what they said at a fair price. I would highly recommend.

Save yourself time and effort. Call Cool Tech now... I needed an inside coil and condensing unit. After two other local companies came to my home, I was looking at spending ten thousand dollars! That's when Cool Tech came to my rescue! These guys saved me THOUSANDS!! What a great company! Not out to oversell or upsell the issue at hand. Thank you so much for your honesty and valuable expertise! After two years, my unit is still running strong and keeping the house cool. Cooltech was a pleasure to work with. They were professional, on time, and answered all of my questions regarding the system. The installation was faster than I expected and the price was better than the competitors (I had 6 or 7 different companies come out). There was no mess of any kind left in my home and they did their due diligence to ensure everything was in working order before leaving. Jon even followed up with me later after the installation. Would definitely recommend them.

Ac went out 4pm Sunday and said could be there by 12 to 3 on Monday. Got contacted 1130am he was on way and had it fixed quickly and even showed the test he did to show it failing and explained another reason the capacitor was bad (buldging).bulging. technician was Ben.
