Cool Tech Mechanical sent a technician within 4 hrs of my call, on a day when the outside temp was 100°. Ben was extremely professional, knowledgeable and proficient. He resolved my AC issue in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended
They came out last week on Monday and replaced a capacitor and said that the fan motor was next to go out. We called them when it went out Friday. They called back on Saturday morning and said they will have someone out Monday with a fan motor. The technician just left saying it is the fan motor and they will try to be back tomorrow with one. How long are we to wait while they decide to put in a new fan motor. They have been dealing with my wife. Is this the reason they have been putting us off? Sending a tech out without the motor is a huge waste of their time and my money. Especially after my wife called them and reminded them about the fan motor twice this morning. Ok. I just got off the phone where I was told thet they are not coming back to replace the fan motor because I left a bad review. Do not do business with these children. They absolutely treated my wife differently than they treated me.
We called them about our Trane furnace not working. Thermostat was showing error codes. They were able to come out the same day. Furnace started working prior to tech showing up. First tech left without checking on why system was throwing codes. Furnace went out again later that evening. I called their after hours and received a call back. Cody was apologetic and stated a tech would come out first thing Saturday. Ben came out Saturday and I could tell he was experienced. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and get us up and running again. I would use them again for our HVAC needs, even with first initial hiccups.
These guys were one of the only places that would service a restaurant. A tech came out quickly. They were very transparent with their pricing and what the issues were. Great experience with them.
I called Cool Tech this morning, and told her that something was wrong with my thermostat, She told me someone will come out before noon and they were here before noon! The Tech fixed the problem right away. I bought two air conditioner and heating units from Cool Tech five years ago and honestly they have the best customer service that I have ever dealt with I would recommend anyone going to them.
I was surprised that he thought it was a service call. When I called your office I asked for a quote for a new HVAC. I didn’t need service as I knew my unit was unrepairable. I don’t believe even it I don’t use your company for the replacement that I should be charged $89 for the service call!

It’s an older unit. We got no upgrade or sales push. Just great service and information. The price was very fair. Made us seniors and our pets very happy. Best HVAC experience ever.
They are wonderful: responsive, kind, and professional. They installed my unit years ago and continue to be my go-to for maintenance and troubleshooting. I highly recommend.

A few days ago, the AC began short cycling, and I knew it was time to get a technician in to check the system. Cool Tech Mechanical dispatched a technician straight away. After speaking to the customer associate, my tech was here in only a few hours. The technician, Ben, was so personable and professional (even our dog enjoyed his company). He explained everything in detail, and in a short time, our AC was back cooling the house with no more short cycling. I highly recommend Cool Tech Mechanical for maintenance, repair, and for purchasing a new HVAC unit. A+
