I thought they were associated with TRANE ac unit--where I purchased an extended warranty because I called TRANE number and they "Cool Tech Mechanical" answered my call and never told me they were NOT ASSOCIATED with the TRANE company. They did a great job and the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. It would have nice though for them to let future customers know that they are NOT the "TRANE" company.

Ben did an outstanding job. He tested everything to find out the issues made the needed adjustments and system is working as designed. Thank you Ben

Cool Tech installed my new ac system 5 years ago. Yesterday the ac stopped blowing cold so I called and left a voice message since they are closed on Sundays. Around 7:45 this morning they called and stated that a technician would be out to check the ac. Technician arrived around 8:30 and checked the entire system, but could not find any problem. I guess just a hiccup with the system. I really appreciate the quick service response and would recommend Cool Tech to my friends and neighbors should the need arise. Thanks Again

Our unit was leaking condensate into the building technician Ben told me at first it’s related to a missing pipe in condensation line. He installed this additional pipe and charged us $294. Unit started leaking again within hours, he came back and this time he diagnosed it could be a “cracked pan” or an “uneven machine” keep in mind this machine is about 10 years old so it’s impossible for it to become uneven within past month. These are some of the things technicians say when they are unable or unwilling to find a problem. Not sure how this company has good ratings on google, I am very disappointed and $294 is a lot of money for me while this unit still drips water and blows warm air.

They came right out. Appointment the same day. Prices were outrageous. I found another contractor to do the 3 hour job for $1,400 less.
The technition was very nice, and very knowledgeable.
Would not Recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Ben. He was very polite and informative. He explained what the problem was and showed me how the damaged parts should work. He also had his mask and shoe covers, and I really appreciated him using them while working in my home. I can definitely feel the difference after Ben serviced my HVAC unit. My home is warm again and I'm a happy customer. I'll definitely use this compsny again in the future. Thank you.

I had gotten many estimates and talked to them all about a new system. I didn’t appreciate what any of them said to me. I was referred to Jon kulp as he would shoot straight with me and tell me straight up what I needed to hear and he answered all my concerns. I knew I would go with control tech as he left to send me a bid. I’m so glad I was referred to him. System will be installed very soon

Cool Tech is always reliable & honest & I wouldn't trust any other company with my heating & cooling system.

Jon come out and made some recommendations because I requested a quote to upgrade my 21 year old unit. His team team did an excellent job installing an entire heat pump system 4 ton unit, and he beat everyone’s price with his original estimate. Others were anywhere between $500 to $2500 more for the same package and I received about 8 quotes before going with Cool Tech. Excellent job and completely satisfied, they made it easy, thanks!
