Adam H was extremely helpful in diagnosing and explained how the system is meant to work. Cody and Michael did a great job installing the new ducts.

Michael contacted me shortly after I put in the request on a Sunday morning to set up when he could make it. I missed his call later that morning and thought I would have to reschedule but he was able to meet me at my house on and began working immediately. He quickly diagnosed my issue, explained what it was and the cost relating to it in detail. I will be using them again the next time I need anything! I am very satisfied with the speed and service!

Cody and his team did a phenomenal job with everything, (full replacement of Heating and AC). Everyone involved on the job was very professional, and polite. Cody and his team made sure that we knew what was going on by providing periodic updates, and also made sure to address/answer any questions we had. Absolutely fantastic job, and highly recommended. Thank you for all your hard work.

Both Tyler and Riley were absolutely excellent! Our gas furnace started having a strong burning smell, and we were very concerned. Tyler was able to quickly diagnose the problem as a burnt out motor and fortunately was able to get the needed part installed just an hour later. While Tyler was replacing our motor, he also let us know about a small gas leak we had that was due to an error by our home’s builder, and was able to fix that on the spot. We were so impressed with Tyler and Riley’s knowledge and patience with explaining both what and why they were doing what they did. It was our first time using Quality Cooling and Heating, and we know who to trust in the future! The quick, friendly, knowledgable service is unmatched!

Mitchell came today to do my yearly maintenance check. He was very professional, friendly, and considerate. He told me what he was going to do, and he did it. He recommended the drain pan treatment, and I asked him to do it. I am pleased with his service as well as Quality’s service.

Knowledgeable and professional technicians (3 out of 4 that we came in contact with), however the company only works with one warranty company. So not a great choice for those homeowners trying to not pay everything out of pocket.
There was a miscommunication about the brand of units they sell, not sure if it was intentional or not. They did mention the unit was loud and it is true, you can hear the AC knocking around.
They are financing company is a pain and there are untold fees, this experience has just been heartbreaking.

This was my first time using Quality. David was an excellent tech. He took his time to check out the system fully, answer all my questions, and give suggestions to increase the system’s performance. Overall I’m very pleased with the service received and feel the super tune-up is an excellent value.
