Quality Cooling & Heating

I called quality because my AC stopped working.
In Less than an hour David was at my house and fixed the problem. He was supper professional and polite. I have been a Quality customer for about 8 years and have always received excellent service.

I scheduled a regular maintenance appointment which they were able to get to fairly quickly and sent out Mario to perform the inspection. He was very professional, timely, and let me know of all my ac/heater information after the inspection and was able to work around my animals with no issues. Company and its employee's have been great since been working with them.

Quality has helped us numerous times in our old home and even now in our newly built home, they were able to fix an improperly installed unit that was going to cause a headache down the road. They will always have my business!

Mr. Dill was very honest which I consider great customer service! He checked everything to let me know the options I had. I would definitely use this company again!

Eric and Austin came out yesterday to complete an installation for a fresh air makeup system. These guys were very professional and personable. Very easy to communicate with and they completed the install in a reasonable amount of time. Would highly recommend Quality heating and cooling to anyone needing HVAC service or repairs.

Adam was easy to get along with yet very professional. We discussed the work that I would like done and he was able to provide me with the information I wanted and more, all in a way that I could understand. He did not push to try to sell anything that I didn’t need, didn’t want or can’t afford.
