Quality cooling and heating is ABSOLUTELY the best. Senior technician Mario is very professional. He answered all of my concerns and was timely about everything.

DAVID GREAT. THOROUGH PROFESSIONAL . BUT NOT SURE ABOUT Qualities prices on repairs. Talked to medical professional Co workers said ur prices hugely inflated. Paid for home warranty to cover costs but was advised Quality doesn't subscribe. Cant afford the possible costs. Will be getting comparison quotes and contacting home warranty.

Justin Cummings was very knowledgeable and professional. My A/C wasnt keeping up with a heat wave and he found 2 leaks after troubleshooting my whole system in less than an hour. Since my new system is under warranty, there were no out of pocket costs. Thank you for the great experience, definitely recommend!

I have used Quality for years, and they are always professional, friendly and great to do business with. Most importantly they are trustworthy.

I have had issue with another technician and Tim came along and was absolutely wonderful, kind, courteous, understanding, and would listen to what you were saying without being interrupted. I know that Tim does not do repairs anymore that he’s on the installation team, but I will say that Quality stepped up, gave me Tim and resolved my issue after parts, came in in a very timely manner. I am much more satisfied with Tim than the other tech! I will remain a customer only because of Tim’s professionalism that he provided me!!

Very polite and prompt. Caught a roof leak for us as well and let us know. Diligent and thorough. We will be using then for all our repairs and replacements for sure.

Called to get quote for new system. Spoke to two different people and both said they do this. Was supposed to get a tech to call and setup a time to quote. Instead. I got a very rude and unprofessional man named Adam who said they don’t offer this service. When I told him ok I was informed wrong, and guess I need to use someone else.He says ok go for it. Tried to explain they have a gap in their communication as two other people from their company told me they offer this service. Again he was rude. So I told him I would not be using their services in future, even for repairs. Again, rude and unprofessional. I wish I could reach the owner, as I know this is not how he would handle things. Worst is this would be at least a $7000 sale, for a whole new system in and out, and they seem to not realize that people have a choice of whom to do business with.

I called in for service and received a surprising same day service! With the hot weather I was prepared to be patient knowing these technicians were working super hard to take care of a lot people! I received a call, a alert message of the technician who was coming and a picture of the tech! Bill came out and was so professional and nice! He explained step by step what he was checking for and why. He didn’t mind my million questions! He also was super friendly to my pets! I can definitely tell he was very knowledgeable on everything and had me taken care of! This company has such professional ,
family oriented technicians and staff , that don’t make you feel like it’s a quick fix and be out the door in five minutes. Their customers matter to them!

Justin, our service representative, was very courteous and fixed our heater in a timely manner. He informed us what was wrong & needed repairs before proceeding to correct the problem.
