Our unit (came with the house) kept freezing up so Tim came out to see what was going on. He was awesome! Very informative and helpful, we were so appreciative of his knowledge and kindness while in our home.

Tim did an awesome job. He's very respectful, friendly, and I was informed on what I need to know and he was good to talk to. He's an asset to the company he's working with.

Mario has come out to work my system twice now. Both times he’s been out has been more thorough than I could have expected and he always leaves my house blowing ice cold. Man goes above and beyond to get me going again. Quality installed my system years ago and I’ve used them ever since.

If I could leave a zero I would spoke to them one day and the gentleman was polite and understanding. The next day received a call from a woman asking for money when no service had been perform yet. Terrible customer service when all your worried about is what ever commission it is your getting you rude woman. Hope I can get my grand mother's heater fixed soon somewhere else.

So far great service and The service person helped me understand the new thermostat that he was installing. The people that service Quality usually are kind to help with any little detail we may have.

We received an estimate, on getting air-conditioning & heating. The representative was friendly, very knowledgeable and took time to answer or questions. Adam seemed very honest & up front about what we would be getting for the quote he gave us. My husband & I are thinking about using this company, we need to pray about it.
