James showed up on time, took care of our seasonal maintenance, and explained everything he'd done. He made recommendations for a part that would help extend the life of the compressor, but didn't put undue pressure on us. He's very personable and professional.

I have used quality for years. So, I assume the work is good, who knows. But Justin has a great sense of humor! He was of course courteous and professional. But, I enjoy a sense of humor when I being racked over the coals for even more money. Not Justin’s fault. Just seems to be how the company operates.

Cody Allen did a great job installing our new AC Unit. He was also very respectful to not only my husband and I but to my home as well! He made sure to keep the small space he had to work in neat and clean! After installation he had worked my husband through on working the new thermostat that he had installed! Overall experience with purchasing and installation with QUALITY was a 10/10!

Eric and his team did 2 heat pump installs in a single day staying late to complete the job - they were efficient courteous and professional- we were very pleased with their work
